yoga does not make you lose weight, just relaxes you..

pilates has lot of movements it makes u lose weight..but to be honest..running is better...10 mins of running = couple of hours of pilates till u sweat...its not worth spending that much time and get slow results..RUNNING is the best weight losing technique</description>
